Failing to plan is planning to fail and if you’re like most with a fat loss goal that are struggling then it is vital you prepare your food.
This will take 1 hour on a Sunday and you’ll be set for majority of your main meals throughout the week so you don’t turn to binge eating and sacrifice all the hard work you’ve been putting in.

1. Thinly slice zucchini, Butternut pumpkin, sweet potato OR Eggplant.
2. Place in oven until softened at 195 degrees (15-20 min)
3. While that’s happening, Place beef mince, 3 fresh chopped tomatoes, 1 can of chopped tomatoes with no added salt/sugar, 1 brown onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, oregano, optional chilli, and italian herbs in a pan and cook until mixed together.
4. Once mince and veg are ready, drizzle olive oil on the base of your baking dish then add in this order:
C. Mozzarella/Parmesan (sparingly)
D. Ricotta/Pesto mix (1 large tub ricotta, 3 TBSPN’s pesto)
E. Repeat with remaining veg etc.
