Don’t forget your good fats

Most of the people that come to us are missing these in their daily consumption of food and it plays vital roles in being at your best mentally and physically.

Mentally

The yolk in eggs contains fats & nutrients that help you concentrate and be more productive mentally, which is why it’s a great way to start the day so you can feel sharp when concentrating on the tasks at hand for the rest of the day.

 Physically

Foods such as:

*Avocado
*Almonds
*Brazil Nuts
*Fish

All these contain good fats which will help your body receive what it needs to work efficiently.

When the body gets what it needs, it is less likely to go craving for other artificial sweet things that only increase your health risk and give you a “temporary” high!
