Healthy Sweet Potato Casserole

Breakfast for the week will be done in 30 minutes. Hard to believe it’s good for you it tastes that good!

Ingredients are:

  1. 500g sweet potato
  2. 2 whole eggs
  3. 4 egg whites
  4. 1/2 cup almond milk
  5. 1 banana
  6. tbspn cinnamon
  7. 1/2 cup pecans
  8. 3 tspn’s coconut sugar
  9. tbspn organic butter.
