Improving your shoulder health and great posture

Everything we do in the average life, restricts our shoulders and leads to a potential “hunch back” posture, and more medical bills.

This exercise releases stretches all of the tissue that never gets stretched along the upper front of the body.

This was the purpose of shirtless demonstration.

It looks difficult, but can be regressed to a very basic level.

Learning this could extend the life span of your shoulders well into the triple figures of your life.
