Mobility exercise for great upper body posture

Following on from the recent mobility exercise focussed on long term shoulder health, here is an easy way to progress to the back bridge.

Hanging off the bar, relaxing whilst your partner places their hand in the centre of your upper back, and pushes, will open and extend the upper back improving posture and physical ability.

Be careful when doing this and have spotters or take necessary precautions.
